A Time for Deep Healing

As we approach the close of this intense month of massive release, healing, and transformation, how are you feeling? As our beautiful planet is also releasing and transforming, many of us feel as if the very ground beneath us has shifted leaving us feeling unsteady and perhaps even confused. You are not alone. Many have experienced unexplainable physical symptoms and/or emotional outbursts as signals to release deep-seated traumas, old stories and beliefs, as well as anything we have held in our ancestral
bloodline that no longer serve us. Some of us are also feeling the energy of the planet as well as that of all those affected with the global chaos and change. These are impacting us intellectually, emotionally, and even physically. With all of this happening, it has been a challenging month to maintain a state of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, keep our thoughts and feelings positive, and maintain balance. If you feel as if you have been through some kind of war and are exhausted, confused, or just disheartened, don't give up! As they say, “it is always darkest just before the dawn” and the dawn is coming! This last week of September is supporting us with powerful energy for final release. So, let's discuss some things that will help us get out of that darkness to that beautiful dawn as quickly as possible…

What is the Body Holding?
In our July 4th blog, “Your Body is Talking - Are You Listening?” we talked about some of the messages that our body can bring to us through illness and injury. Some of those messages included exploring gratitude for all the amazing, beautiful things in our life and taking the time to reflect on our life, our purpose, and our direction. They also speak to us about finding opportunities to balance the expression of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies in our life. Other messages we spoke about were related to connecting with the earth and addressing life lessons in self worth. Whatever we need to pay attention to on our spiritual journey, the body will often give us signs to point us in the right direction.
So, what other messages has your body given to you this past month? For example, are those headaches telling you more than that you need to pop the odd painkiller so that you can sleep? Are they symptoms of a block that you have to incoming spiritual downloads/messages from Spirit? Our aches and pains, acute or chronic illnesses, and injuries all hold an underlying energy that is calling out to us. They may be pointing to trauma from this life, past lives, or to traumas carried forward through our ancestral bloodlines. They

may hold subconscious limiting beliefs such as believing that we need to be ill to be special or that we are ill because we deserve punishment. They may be a result of a deeply held early belief that being ill or injured keeps us safe. For example, someone may have been severely punished as a young child or in a previous life for stealing food to eat so in this life they have trouble with eating. Our body also holds the emotions tied to those past traumas and beliefs. For example, in our last Ripple Effect blog – “First You Must Cry…,” we discussed the need for crying and how it can greatly benefit us. Different emotions are held in each of the chakras and each of those chakras are linked to specific body organs and systems.
As we work with our emotions, pain, or other symptoms of illness, asking our bodies what traumas or beliefs are buried beneath them, we can begin the work of healing. As we release what no longer serves us, we can heal and move forward on our spiritual path. Of course, with any severe, persistent, or reoccurring symptoms that have you concerned, you might also want to consult a medical practitioner. Medications, treatments, alternative therapies, and other remedies can have a place in supporting the body from a physical perspective as you work through the energetic impacts and messages that the body holds.
Release, Release, Release We have talked a lot about release during this nine year of 2025, and over several of the blogs we have discussed strategies to do so. Crying, laughing, deep breathing, meditation, visualization, etc. are common ways to release. Today, Spirit wants me to tell you that what we are being asked to do is to go deep to find the root cause of the symptoms that we want to release. If you find that a body symptom or an emotion is reoccurring, you likely need to go deeper to find the root cause. So how do you do that? Here is a brief exercise that you can try…
The first step is to determine which symptom or emotion you want to focus on. Many of the signs the body gives us are connected to a common root cause, but Spirit will show that to you as you proceed with releasing.
Once you have decided what to focus on, sit quietly, breathe deep, and relax throughout the body.
Bring in the beautiful white light of Source to the part of the body on which you are focusing. Ask Spirit to reveal to you the message from this part of the body that is in your highest good.
Sit quietly and allow whatever information arises from that part of the body to come to you. You may sense or “see” pictures or colours, “hear” words or phrases, experience a feeling in the body or emotionally, or simply have a knowing of the answer to your question. Be patient and open to whatever messages from your higher self and your guides that you might receive.
Once you have the information about the root cause, visualize it leaving the affected area of the body. See it dissolving into the white light of Source.
Once the root cause has left the body, fill that space with the beautiful healing light of Source.
Breathe deep, ground, and return back to full awareness of the surroundings around you.
Sometimes healing ourselves is one of the most difficult things to do. This is true even for those who assist others to heal. Therefore, it may be helpful to ask for assistance from another healer.
Avoiding the “Rabbit Hole”
As our body calls for our attention and the world around us provides much distraction, it can sometimes be difficult to focus on our own healing. We can easily become accustomed to being in a state of “dis-ease,” that is, being ill, having pain, or any health problem. When we look for answers or a cure outside of ourselves and find none, it is easy to give up and “accept our fate.” However, Spirit is reminding us that we are co-creators of our reality, that

everything is energy, and that it responds to our thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. When we accept beliefs such as “Everyone is sick at work so I will likely become ill as well” or “Unfortunately this condition is due to old age and there is nothing we can do for it,” we are creating that reality for ourselves. The more often we repeat those thoughts and beliefs, the longer they are expressed in our reality. Our thoughts and feelings, often those of fear or resignation, are telling the Universe that that is the reality we want to live in. Reversing those is easier said than done. Often those beliefs are deeply ingrained from childhood as they are held by most of society. It is, however, possible to dig deep and replace them with positive thoughts, beliefs, and feelings about being in the body’s natural state of perfect health. It takes work and addressing one issue at a time with patience.
As we work on moving toward positive thoughts, beliefs, and feelings, it is important to avoid “going down the rabbit hole.” Many times, a day most people are bombarded with information from the world around them that carries the negative vibrations of anger, frustration, and fear. If we can use discernment and choose not to engage with that type of information, we can keep our vibration high and it will be easier to engage in positivity. As some of this information comes in from television, social media, or conversations with friends, family, coworkers, or even complete strangers, be aware of what types of thoughts and feelings you are having. If you are pulled into judgment of others, anger, fear, depression, etc. you can make a conscious choice to step away and instead engage in a positive activity. For example, if a conversation at the office about global politics is making your gut churn and your anxiety rise, you can choose to step away and instead enjoy the aroma and taste of a warm cup of coffee in the peaceful quiet of your office. Allow yourself to breathe, take in the beauty of the sunlight on the scene outside your window, and feel gratitude for the people, things, and events that brought you even a little bit of happiness that day. If you are in a “rabbit hole” that feels impossibly deep to climb out of, reach out for help. Ask your family, friends, coworkers, or trusted healers as well as your spiritual team to help you move away from the negativity that can be impacting your health and your life. Coming Into Balance
As we have discussed a few times before, creating balance in our life is a major theme for this year of transformation. As a “nine month” according to numerology, September is a month of completion. As we complete various cycles in our life releasing what no longer

serves us, Spirit wants us to remember this completion is a preparation for new beginnings. We are balancing the release of the old with receiving of the new. We are releasing the dark to bring in the light. Just like standing on a tightrope, balance is created through motion. We see examples of balance in nature - sunrise and sunset balancing light and dark or tides coming in and going out. Even our bodies are continuously striving to achieve a state of balance called homeostasis. Every day we are being challenged to balance mind, body, and soul. We are reminded to ask Spirit to help us achieve that balance. We can ask for clarity on what cycles we need to close/what we need to release and what we can next invite in.
On the Bright Side
With any final releasing we are reminded to fill that void with the light of Source to heal. We are reminded to move away from the ego in the mind and become more heart centred, to expand the light of Source there, and to act from a place of feeling unconditional love and gratitude. Daily practices such as gratitude lists, meditation, and practicing heart-brain coherence can help you experience the “brighter side of life.” As we release all that no longer serves us, we may be working with our inner child, ourselves in past lives, and even our ancestors to free all of them from the chains that held us back in our Spiritual growth.
As we work from a heart centred space of unconditional love, everything can be healed.

Spirit wants us to know that we are getting closer and closer as individuals and as a collective to that beautiful new dawn. (I see it every day in my morning meditation.) As we release and anchor in the beautiful light of the unconditional love of Source into our hearts, we will heal and be supported in our growth. That beautiful love and light will reach others to help them find their light, to heal, and help others as well. The ripple effect of just one person giving and receiving unconditional love is immense. As you release and bring in that love and light you are helping move everyone closer to that bright new beginning.
The more we trust in the messages and support we receive from Spirit, the more we trust in our own gifts that are growing and new ones that are opening, the further we will travel along our spiritual path. Trusting the voice of Spirit that comes to us through our intuition and spiritual gifts as well as through an infinite number of signs in our environment, is also one of the major tasks of this year of transformation. As we release the blocks to our connection to Spirit, to Source, our lives will move rapidly to be “on the bright side.” As you have heard me say before, trust that the Divine always provides in our best interest. If we remember that every day, release the old stories that block that trust, and feel that unconditional love and joy in our hearts, we will have arrived on the bright side, at that new dawn. We are so close. Let’s trust and keep going together.
Sending you love and light,
Marilyn
