The White Lotus

This week Spirit wants me to share with you my experience with “the white lotus.” No, I am

ree

not referring to the television series. I am referring to the beautiful white flower that Spirit brought into my morning meditation just over a week ago. After two years of the same meditation of working with my dragons to send peace to the planet, Spirit has changed up my meditation a couple of times in the last few months. The first change I described in Going Supernova about a month ago. Then recently Spirit has changed it up again to the white lotus. I am prompted to share it with you as well as it brings messages forward for you as we close out this year of transformation. Let’s see what they have to say…

The Meditation

Every morning, I greet Spirit with a brief meditation. The intentions I set are to connect with Spirit, to send out love and light to the planet and everyone on it, to ground myself, and bring in any healing I might need. On the morning Spirit decided to change things up for me, I began as usual. Taking some deep breaths and dropping into my heart, I greeted my spiritual team who were gathered around me. Then I visualized the white light of Source descending

from above and coming into my crown chakra. As the light entered my head it suddenly turned into vines of beautiful tiny, five petaled, white flowers. As the light from Source moved through my body, from chakra to chakra, the vines followed, the flowers multiplying to fill my body. They travelled down through my feet and into Mother Earth to wrap the planet in the

ree

same vines of white flowers. They then returned up through my feet, into my body to stop in my heart space. There, a single white lotus appeared. Opening its petals, it grew bigger and bigger, expanding beyond my body, beyond my home, beyond the edges of the globe, to finally stop fully open stretching into the cosmos. As I breathed deeply and took in the expansive energy of this incredible vision, I noticed something back in the centre of the lotus. It was me! Focusing more intently, I could see my “flower filled body” standing in the centre of the lotus surrounded by a gentle golden glow. After several seconds of feeling this peaceful expansion, I heard “and so it is” and knew that was a wrap for that meditation. Sound a bit crazy? I promise, this has been my experience - no mind-altering substances involved! Have you had any similar changes to your connection with Spirit, perhaps to your meditation practice?

The meditation has continued unchanged for the last ten days or so. I am curious and have asked about its meaning but only received silence. The peaceful energy it provides supports me through the day so I have been patient and assumed Spirit would tell me more when I was ready. I actually thought I was going to write about this for you last week, but when Friday came Spirit said “no” and quite clearly suggested that I “take the night off.” Hence no newsletter last week! (Who am I to argue with Spirit!) Then, yesterday and today more subtle changes came in. Yesterday, as I allowed myself to feel the tranquility of being in the centre of

ree

that lotus, I heard. “Beautiful inside and out.” I was surprised at the clarity of the message, so I asked for details as to the meaning. What I heard was the phrase was applicable not only to me but to all souls on the planet (more on that in a minute). Today another subtle change occurred. As I again sat in the huge energy of that lotus expanded out into the cosmos, the inner petals started to close around the “me” in the centre. As I watched them close around me, I felt peaceful, calm, and protected. Once the inner petals were completely closed, the meditation ended leaving to wonder what tomorrow will hold. What do you think?

What is the Message?

As I became more and more curious about this meditation, I started to wonder about the spiritual symbolism of the white flowers and the white lotus. White is the colour of purity, peace, and serenity and is often associated with Spirit or spirituality. That would definitely explain the reason for the flowers being white in the meditation as well as the peaceful feeling that it held for me. The white flowers spreading through the body are a symbol of the peace we can all attain through our connection with Spirit. The more we trust in the Divine the more peaceful we feel knowing that all is as divine intended and on Divine timelines. These qualities are also associated with the white lotus. The lotus’ expansion across the globe and into the cosmos shows us the peace we can contribute to the collective consciousness when we find peace within.

Some sources say that in Christianity, white flowers are associated with Jesus, purity, and faith. When I discovered this connection, I had to smile. You see, when I first look to the light of Source at the beginning of my meditation, I see the face of Jesus where the light originates, and I hear the phrase “Christ consciousness.” As we bring in the light, we are aware of the Divine, our connection to Source and each other, and the unconditional love of Source. As the flowers move through us, we are reminded of the unconditional love Source has for us and that we are love. As the lotus expands, it is spreading that unconditional love to the planet and the cosmos through us, through our thoughts, beliefs, and actions.

The analogy of the lotus emerging from dark, muddy water into a beautiful, clean flower is often used to illustrate overcoming obstacle and challenges to enter a spiritual awakening, spiritual growth, and enlightenment. It also symbolizes wisdom, mental purity, and the ascent to a higher consciousness. The lotus is reminding us of our own spiritual growth, especially of the challenges we have overcome this past year as we grow nearer in connection to our true selves. As we discussed in Moving Into the New You, we only need to look back briefly to see how far we have come in our spiritual growth. Like the lotus, we have braved many times when we have felt we were “stuck in the mud” and struggled to move forward. But we eventually did surface into the light strong, beautiful, and more spiritually aware. Through those experiences we gained more wisdom, learning the lessons presented to us along our path.

The lotus’ daily cycle of opening in the morning and closing at night symbolizes rebirth, resilience, and new beginnings. Again, this past year has definitely been one of resilience and rebirth as deeply buried issue came to the surface one last time to be cleared, lessons were completed, and chapters closed. The lotus appearing at this time, at the end of the year of transformation is telling us we are ready for 2026, a “universal one year,” according to numerology, a year of new beginnings. I wonder what those closed inner petals will open to tomorrow. Does the white lotus have a different meaning for you? Can you see how its messages might apply to you?

The number five, illustrated by the five petalled small flowers, is the number of change. Spirit is showing us all of the changes we have successfully gone through as the flowers spread though the body. As they wrap around the globe we are being told that the planet herself is going through change just as we have been. When the flowers come back into the body to anchor in the heart, Spirit is giving us a heads up that more change is coming. Stopping in the heart to give birth to the lotus tells us clearly that we are HUGELY ENCOURAGED to

ree

become and remain heart centred as we embrace the opportunities that the changes will bring. We are heading into a new year full of change and opportunities as Archangel Michael told us in my presentation 5 Pillar Angel Messages for 2026 (see the link the 6 Psychics Under One Roof event on our Media Gallery page). As we have focused on becoming more heart centred this year, 2026 is asking us to become even more so. It is where we will find that connection to Source, to our higher self, and to each other. It is where we will experience the unconditional love that we can share with the world and beyond. Are you ready for the beautiful new beginnings that change will bring?

“Beautiful Inside and Out”

“Beautiful inside and out” is a phrase I use often to describe my beautiful friends and family but have never really thought of myself that way. How about you? When Spirit gave me that phrase yesterday, it made me pause as it did feel it was for me as well as others. After sitting with it for a while, I understood that Spirit was inviting me (and perhaps you) to let go of the harsh self judgement I sometimes have of myself. We are being encouraged to see ourselves as the angels see us (to quote Archange Michael), as beautiful, radiant children of the Divine. We are encouraged to see ourselves as “perfect in our imperfection,” as the beautiful souls that we are, coming from love and full of love. Can you embrace this description of you in your heart?

When Spirit clarified yesterday that the phrase applied to all souls on the planet, that not only included you and I, but every creature on the planet, including Mother Earth herself. The peaceful, pure, unconditional loving energy of the white lotus spread across the globe was for every one of God’s creatures regardless of whether we may judge them as “good” or “bad.” The “beauty inside” is a reminder that we all come from the loving light of Source. We are all part of that light, and everyone has a purpose that is part of the Divine plan for our spiritual progression as individuals and as a planet. The “beauty outside” is a reminder to see the beauty all around us, to pause and feel the peace, beauty, and love that is everywhere. We only need to focus and be open to finding it. Do you see the beauty in your world each day? Does it bring you joy?

Cultivating the White Lotus

So, what do you think of the message from the white lotus? Spirit is encouraging you to cultivate your own white lotus or be open to any other symbol that Spirit will provide you that

ree

might resonate more fully for you. Whatever that symbol is, Spirit is planting yet more new seeds for this coming year of new beginnings. We have grown. We have blossomed. We are ready to grow into the exciting new beginnings 2026 will bring us. Like the lotus, Spirit is asking us to be open, to show our resilience, and to spread that heart centred love to the world. As we strengthen that trust in the Divine and believe in our own ability to create the beauty in the world, Spirit will be quietly supporting and nurturing us. It is our time expand as a sovereign soul as we encounter new beginnings. They are just around the corner. Are you ready? Are you excited? I am and I will be right there with you!

Sending you love and light,

Marilyn
