Going Supernova

Supernova. What does that word mean to you? Spirit has been whispering that word in my

ear for the last several weeks and today they would like me to share it with you. They are wanting us to “go supernova.” When I asked for more clarity, the message was simple - it is time to shine our light brighter, brighter, and still brighter. I know, I know. Some of us feel that we are still digging ourselves out of the latest pothole we have fallen into along our spiritual path. The important thing to remember though, is that each time we climb out of that pothole we shine a little bit brighter. So, let's learn a little more about how we can turn that brightness up and “go supernova.”

Endings Bring New Beginnings

Some of you may be feeling a bit concerned when the message from Spirit is to “go supernova,” because a supernova is a powerful explosion of a star that happens at the end of its life. Is Spirit trying to tell us something? Why would we want to go supernova if it signals the end of life? Spirit reassures us that the message is not that literal. What they do acknowledge are the many layers of the onion we have peeled back this year on our journey of transformation. We have done so much work to get to the core of who we truly are, to reconnect with that immensely bright light within. We have faced our challenges, learned the lessons, released all traumas, and learned to surrender and trust that Spirit would guide us on our journey. Spirit is telling us now that we are there. The only thing that is ending is this last chapter of releasing all of the remaining fragments of the old us as we upgrade and morph into who we truly are. We are now true to that inner light that we have uncovered, and it is time to share it with the world, to shine as brightly as a supernova.

Just like the stellar supernova, your light is a source of creation. Just as a supernova can create a neutron star which emits beams of radio waves that act like cosmic lighthouses, your light can illuminate the way for others to climb out of their potholes as they continue on their journey. The heavy elements that are created by a supernova combine with other interstellar gas and dust to form new stars and planets. Likewise, as we reconnect with and shine that true inner light, we embrace our role as co-creators with Source. We begin to understand and act on our ability to create the reality we wish to live in. A supernova can also become a black hole where nothing, not even light, can escape. Spirit reminds us that because we have free will, we can also choose this destiny. We can choose to dwell on the potholes on our path and dim our light in the process, or we can choose to grow in the love and light that we share with Source and also with others. Your supernova moments can bring you to whatever exciting new beginnings you choose.

Going Supernova

Over the last months Spirit has slowly evolved the content of my morning meditation to “going supernova.” For the last two years the meditation that Spirit has guided me through has been to send love and peace to places on the planet that were experiencing war and to wrap the globe in love and compassion. Now I am guided to bring in the love and light of Source in through all of my chakras allowing that light to expand through the body and move through me to ground with the core of Mother Earth. That light then expands through the earth’s crystalline grid and returns to me to anchor in the heart. From there the light of Source expands through me, beyond me, to my home, my family, my loved ones, my city, my province, my country, the globe, and out into the cosmos. There I rest in that expanded state, feeling my undeniable sovereignty as a spiritual being connected to Source. Don’t Stop Believing

According to numerology, November is a “2 universal month.” The energetic vibration of the number 2 supports partnerships and harmony in our life. Spirit is not only asking us to work in partnership with others by sharing our supernova light but to also work in partnership with them. One of the major goals of this year of transformation has been to develop an unshakable trust in Spirit and the guidance that we receive. As we are gently encouraged to share our light more broadly, Spirit reassures us that they are there supporting us. In Angel numbers, the number two aligns with another major task of this year of transformation, and that is to believe in ourselves. The number two speaks to the power of faith and tells us not to give up, to not stop believing in ourselves, and to reach out when we need help. As we believe in ourselves and trust in the support and guidance from Spirit, we can shine our light far and wide confident that we are helping others to grow.

The number one vibration in this 11th calendar month reflects the new beginnings that our

supernova light is guiding us towards. One also holds the vibration of independence and leadership. We are being guided by Spirit to shine brightly to support others. We are leading the way along the path of Spiritual growth. This is part of our purpose on this planet at this time. So, let's join hands and allow our light to shine brightly. Together, let's “go supernova.”
