It has been almost a year since we have looked at a card from the beautiful Magical Dreams & the Power of Determination deck. Rightly so then, it called loudly to me today! You may remember that this wonderful deck created by my friend and amazing artist, Louise P Rouleau (L’OR Artiste) helps us access our intuition through the messages we see, hear, or feel from the intricate images on the cards. Their depth and complexity are truly magical. Not surprisingly, today’s card is perfectly aligned with the new universal “9 year” we are embarking on. It is card #9 The Divine energy above taps into the universal sources.
My Messages
The first and strongest message we receive from this card is that we are so supported in our
transformation and the challenges it might bring this year. We are reassured that we are connected to the Divine from the Divine spark within us and so we have much of the Universal resources at our disposal. The angel wings behind the fairy in the image, the energetic orbs in front of her, and the golden ring above her tell us of the “massive support” we have from Source especially his year.
The Fairy herself is a reminder to look for the magic in our life; to in fact, know that we are magical in our connection to the Divine. She is grounded, standing in nature, but her head is in the cosmos reminding us to expand our consciousness beyond this physical world as we are more than that. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. There is a crow at her feet. Crows are known to be energetic shapeshifters and to assist us to overcome the fear of change. What better aid to have in this year of transformation?
The colours pink and green surround the Fairy. Green points to creativity as an avenue to healing and drawing closer to the Divine. Pink is the colour of joy, love, and compassion, the energy of the Divine. She has a red jewel at the centre of her chest reminding us to stay heart centred to connect with the love of the Divine. Can you feel the love of the Divine in your heart?
The bright star the Fairy is reaching for encourages us to “reach for the stars” as we learn and grow through new challenges. The book at her feet is reminiscent of the symbol for the Akashic records which hold the information and wisdom from all our past, present, and future existences in all dimensions/realities. The rainbow colours around the book are a reminder of Archangel Raziel who knows the secrets of the Universe. Do we have access to those secrets in our Divine selves? The book appears nestled in the shadow of a moon. The moon is associated with Archangel Haniel who helps us grow our spiritual gifts. The purple rising from the book symbolizes the Divine wisdom we acquire as we learn and grow through our incarnations. The image shows us that our spiritual gifts and wisdom are tools of the Universe we can access.
As the card tells us, as we tap into the Divine energy within, we are also connected to Source and the Universal forces greater than us. When we connect to Spirit, all the tools of the Universe are at our disposal to learn and grow along our spiritual path. Coming full circle in this “9 year” of letting go to transform or “level up” we become more closely aligned with those Universal forces. The tiny fairy in the bottom foreground and the perhaps human figure far in the background by another star show us we are not alone in the cosmos and have support from many sources.
Guidebook Messages
“Fiona, the Goddess of the forest returns and invites you to the profound understanding of the interconnectedness between the Divine and you. Recognize the presence of a higher power or consciousness, aligning yourself with this Divine energy. You will therefor tap the vast reservoir of universal forces.
An invitation to meditate. Let go of your ego, allowing you to attune to a greater cosmic flow. You might experience moments of profound insight, heightened intuition, and a deeper understanding of the interconnected web of existence.
Set new boundaries and raise your vibration allowing yourself to plunge into experience of connecting with this flow. This is the unique energy of the Divine.”
Bonus Card
You may remember that this deck also includes six bonus cards which are to be drawn after the reading to provide “supplementary details, area of concerns and possible actions.” The card that came forward is: “Affirm your power of determination”
My Messages:
Again, what an appropriate message for 2025 and to pair with the message of accessing our
Divine energy. This amazing image reflects how truly complex we are and shows the intricacies of us as spiritual beings.
The rainbow of colours again reminds me of the infinite wisdom we have access to in our connection to the Divine. The orange web in the image reminds us to find balance in the many demands in our life – one of the main themes for 2025. Like the Fairy, the unicorn over the third eye speaks to the magic in us and in the psychic gifts that we all posses but may have yet to discover – perhaps in this year of change and transformation! The pink flower reminds us to see the beauty and joy in life and to strive for that as we align with our Divine purpose in our connection to Source. The purple shades are also a reminder of our wisdom and that we are leaders of our life. The predominant yellow is indicating our power as we move forward this year with determination and strength. As the card’s message says, we are to “Affirm your power of determination,” step into your power as you choose to release what no longer serves you and connect with the Divine in this year of transformation.
I hope these cards have meaning for you at this time in your life. So many people I have spoken with lately are experiencing their spiritual gifts opening or shifting. They are receiving messages from Spirit with more clarity and are supported in letting go of things, beliefs, people, and situations that no longer serve them. What about you?
