Archangel Michael was insistent on coming back with a message for you today. As we have been moving through this one universal year of the Fire Horse we have gone through some significant changes as we “peel back more layers of the onion” on our journey to uncover our true selves. More of us are excited to get reacquainted with our spiritual gifts and Archangel Michael is encouraging us to do so in his card today #21 Open Up to Your Spiritual Gifts from the Archangel Michael Sword of Light Oracle Deck created by Radleigh Valentine.

My Messages

Remembering

Archangel Michael encourages us to “Remember that your true nature is spiritual not

physical.” The remembering is a key concept as the word reminds us that we are returning to our true nature; that we have our Divine gifts within us and that they have always been with us. Some may believe they are on a quest to learn or acquire “new gifts” but as so many spiritual leaders tell us, we are just waking up to what always has been deep within. We all have Divine “gifts”/abilities. They do not belong to a chosen few. We are all “gifted” in our own unique way and Archangel Michael wants us to remember that.

Allow Yourself to Receive

When Archangel Michael tells us to “open up” we are being encouraged to allow ourselves to receive. So many of us are empaths and healers and are always giving/helping/healing. Sometimes that leaves little room for receiving. He really is encouraging us to take some peaceful moments like the figure on the card and allow ourselves to open up to the love, compassion, and wisdom of the Divine that will help us rediscover what we carry within.

The light in the illustration on the card appears to come from the heavens but the figure also appears to be quite grounded. She also appears to be quite balanced reminding us “as above, so below.” If we become caught up in the dealings of the physical world, especially the challenges that distract us, and leave no room for our spiritual practices, we become unbalanced. The image is telling us that as we become more balanced in our focus and actions between the physical and spiritual worlds, the more open we are to our Divine gifts.

The pink and gold birds symbolize the joy and wisdom that can be ours as we open up to our gifts. The golden light in the background is the symbol of a bright future as we become more aligned with who we truly are. The figure is dressed in blue, the colour of Archangel Michale reassuring us that we are always protected and that what we open up to will be aligned with our purpose and our highest good.

What’s in the Numbers?

This is card number twenty-one. Two is the number of partnerships, harmony, and cooperation. It again reminds us to keep our worlds in balance, in harmony. Two in angel numbers tells us, “don’t stop believing.” So, when your gifts become apparent, believe in yourself. Don’t second guess or minimize what you see, hear, feel, and experience. It is all real. The more you believe, the more your gifts will grow. One is the number of leadership, independence, and new beginnings. Archangel Michael is encouraging you to take the lead in your life. “Tune into” what your intuition, angels, and guides are telling you versus messages coming to you from others. As the card says, “The angels are sending you messages to guide your soul’s growth.” Believe them and act on them.

When you add 2+1 you get 3. The three speaks to communication and creativity. It is also the number of the inner child. Three in angel numbers also means our entire spiritual team is behind us supporting us all along our journey. This card is pointing to the freedom we have to indulge in the childlike wonder and joy of working with our gifts. Allow them to blossom so they can assist you in creating the life you want to live.

Guidebook Messages (channelled from Archangel Michael)

“Your divine gifts are growing in magical ways right now! As you focus on enhancing your ability to see, hear, feel, or just know the messages from spirit the frequency and accuracy of these those messages will astonish you. Give gratitude to the angels for speaking to you clearly, loudly, and in ways that are easy to understand. Thank them for presenting you with visual signs, powerful feelings, or inspirational thoughts that bring clarity to your situation. The more you do so, the more messages you'll be able to discern around you. Keep practicing so that you'll gain confidence. Journaling about your messages can help you stay awake when other signs are presented. Working with these cards will also amp up your spiritual gifts.

I am continuing to clear all energetic connections that may be binding you to worry, fear, and self doubt. I am moving these out of your way, casting them aside with a sweep of my sword of light, so that you can easily pick up on the signs and guidance your angels are sending you. Allow your heart to flutter with excitement as your awareness of your true nature as a spiritual being grows!”

I hope these messages have held some meaning for you. As you move through this year of

new beginnings, allow yourself to receive the support from Spirit and others as you rediscover your beautiful Divine self.

I would love to hear your feedback about how this card’s message has resonated with you.
