Messages From My Cosmic Family

A couple of weeks ago I wrote about part of a Quantum Consciousness journey I had taken

and was given messages to share with you about “things that go bump in the night.” Today, Spirit is urging me to share more of the messages I received from the light beings that came forward during that journey. As I reread the transcript of the experience I was again amazed and excited about the information I received. The messages were delivered with such peace and love that through my tears of total overwhelm I began to understand on a deeper level how we can help each other to move forward on our spiritual journey through the darkness that we sometimes feel surrounds us. They filled my heart with such hope and excitement for the future, and I hope they do the same for you too. But first, let me tell you about the messengers…

Reconnecting With My Cosmic Family

Now, I am not sure what your belief system might be regarding life on this planet and beyond, connecting with the quantum consciousness, or how to communicate with Spirit. However, I am feeling that if you are reading this blog, you have an open mind and are ready to hear about my experience of connecting with my cosmic family and the messages they wanted me to understand and share. In fact, some of you may have had similar experiences yourself (which I would love to hear about by the way!) So today I am guided to share my amazing journey with you. To begin my story, I have always been curious of what lies beyond our physical world. I believe humanity is not alone in the universe and so am curious about who or what is “out there” supporting us, teaching us, loving us. I also believe that we have many existences both on this planet and off and so was curious about “Where do I come from? What is my origin? Have I spent lives elsewhere in the cosmos? How are those origins connected to the next step in my current journey?” So, my intention for this Quantum Consciousness journey was to connect with an off-world consciousness that aligns with love and healing vibrations for humanity. The journey was facilitated by an advanced practitioner who askes questions to guide the experience, and I shared the answers that I received.

Well, I have to say this journey did not disappoint! Almost immediately I travelled to a place in the quantum that was pure light. It was beyond our planet and far beyond the cosmos. There I met a group of tall beautifully brilliant ‘light beings.’ Their light was so bright I could not make out much detail in their appearance other than their shape was that of someone wearing a long robe. As I stood before them, they knelt and bowed. I was overcome with emotion. The love and kindness I felt from them was overwhelming. I felt ‘at home.’ Once I recovered, we continued and asked who they were. It did not feel as if they were angels, guides, ascended masters, or ancestors. But they did not feel like they were extra-terrestrials

either. They confirmed this when we asked if they had a name. I expected to hear something like Pleiadian or Arcturian, but the simple response given in a kind, benevolent, female voice,

was “We are light.” When we asked about their civilization the response was, “We are beyond any world that you know. We bring light and harmony from the loving Source. All is known.” I was a bit in awe by the response but at the same time it made sense to me as I have always believed that we are part of the light of Source/that we come from Source. They continued to say, “We bring love.” And then they showed me several important things they wanted me to share with you to help us understand about ourselves and about love.

A Message of Love – You Are a Mirror

The first thing they showed me about love was when all of the light beings joined hands in a circle and I heard, “We are love. We fuse as one.” A fire appeared in the middle of their circle with the message, “Ignite your passion, your love. Now is the time.” As I reflect back on this message today, it feels suited to the energy of this month as we move into the year of the Fire Horse. I was then given the message that when we reflect the love in our heart outward to others, we in turn would see the love in the hearts of others. We are to “find the peace within and share it.” They reassuringly said that they are helping us with this, and it felt as if they

were actually in my heart space, in the peace there. They helped me understand that we are a mirror for one another – reflecting back the love we are sending – giving and receiving at the same time – and because we do this for one another, we are all one, we are all connected. In fact, they said, we are all love. We all hold the frequency of love – every being on the planet and beyond holds this frequency and that is how we are connected. The reflection of love is not a repelling. It creates an understanding because we are experiencing the same thing, we are connected. If we experience difficulty opening our hearts to access the frequency of love, I was shown that the energy of rose quartz crystal can help as well as music or sound.

Out of the Shadows

As I looked at their circle, I realized that half of it was in darkness even though I knew the circle was complete and they were all light beings. When we asked how to focus on the light versus the dark in our lives, the response was to really see one another by looking into the heart. There they said we would also find ourselves because we are all connected as one, we are all a reflection of one another, and we are all love. When addressing the shadows, they said that although we all hold the frequency of love some of it can be “behind shadow” so we are not aware that we hold that frequency and that limits the love we can share with others. The shadow is misconnection, fear, darkness. Although the frequency of love is universal, held by everyone, not everyone holds the frequency of fear. The frequency of fear is unique to the individual who holds it. They explained that just as love creates oneness/connection, the frequency of fear, the shadow, divides us.

To further understand fear, they stated that there is no evil, just misunderstanding. The misunderstanding is about being divided. They reminded me that even though the circle of light beings was half in light and half in the dark, there was still only one circle. They were still connected, they were part of the oneness, and they were still light beings. They used the example of many fearful beliefs spread by social media can make us feel separated, divided. They commented that what some call a spiritual war is really a war with oneself. It is a war to remove the shadow that clouds your own mirror of love. They want to remind us that we all have the innocence of the child within. The fearful child will hold up a mirror for protection, to repel what they are afraid of, but it only truly reflects back to us who we are and what we need to see about ourselves. The light beings said that they are with us. They are “the love within and without” helping us see ourselves in the mirror. They keep emphasizing that “it must be known. We are one.”

When we asked how the shadow was impacting humanity, they gave some very interesting and specific answers. Children currently under ten years of age have come into this life free of shadow. They are a true reflection of the light. The next age group, 10-20 years, have a very faint shadow. The shadow increases in density for each age cohort of every ten years until age fifty. Those age fifty and older have the densest shadows, the most to remove. We have chosen this destiny for a reason - some to experience removing our own shadows so we can help others do the same, and some for other reasons unique to them. For everyone, though, the light beings were very matter of fact that we can all remove our shadows.

The Heart is a Portal to Oneness

As we spoke about their message of being in the frequency of love, the light beings not only showed me an image of light emanating outwards from our heart, but also an image of a funnel-like structure going into deep dimensions within our heart. It appeared similar to what one would see on television described as a wormhole in space. They explained that the human heart is a portal “to all that is.” It is a portal from the human form to the higher energetic self. This is where the light beings “reside” when they say they are “within” and are here to help us share love. They are within not just all humans but also within all species on Earth and around Earth. This inward portal where they reside, is our connection to the light and to all other beings as part of the oneness. As the one light being who is delivering the messages continues, she again kneels down and bows. She explains that they are not superior to us and again emphasizes that we are all one. They are here to help us believe and trust in our light and our connection. Then she showed me the light in the hearts of all the beings on the planet and beyond light up and connect.

I was also told that the heart’s portal takes us to the seventeenth dimension where there is total oneness. There is no competition, no division and when we experience that our lives will be changed forever. Then they showed me some gates in the heart portal. When we find ourselves at a locked gate we are in fear. The light is just on the other side of the gate. To unlock the gates, we need to believe and trust that we can.

Water Spreads Love

When the light beings told us that they bring love, they showed me a vision of the ocean and said that she, the ocean, is a “transmitter of love for humanity.” I was told we are to “own her, respect her, and she will serve humanity.” I have long known that water is bringing in the energy of the Divine Feminine onto the planet. That energy is the energy of love, compassion, and cooperation so this message did not surprise me. What was interesting was the information about how water spreads love. The first thing I saw, was just like the light shining on a mirror, water reflects love back to us. It also holds love and circulates it wherever it flows. If you think about how much of the planet is covered by water in its various forms – lakes, oceans, rivers, ice, rain, snow – I doubt if there is anywhere that has not been touched by the love that it holds. Water holds love within us as well with approximately sixty percent of our bodies being water. When we drink water, we are drinking a glass of love. If we truly see and believe that, it not only sustains our physical body but feeds our soul as well.

We asked the light beings to help us understand the love in water involved in devastating weather events such as tsunamis and floods. I was shown a huge wave moving across the

land sweeping away things and people but also leaving some behind who survived. The message was that what was left behind was only love. The water brought in the higher vibration of love and swept any lower vibrations. The flow of the water sustained love. Speaking of the flow of water, I am also reminded that when I was shown the gate in the heart portal, they showed me that water could easily flow between the iron bars of the gate and I heard that allowing love to flow will unlock our heart. They also said that the gate was just an illusion as love will easily take us out of the dark into the light.

Returning from the Journey

My cosmic family of light beings had a few other messages specifically for me that I need not share here. I returned from my journey in awe and gratitude. It took me a while to recover from the overwhelming emotions I experienced – several times I had to pause as the immense love and sense of belonging I felt would bring me to tears. Their communication was gentle, loving, patient, and benevolent. At times they spoke to me and other times, to my surprise, they spoke through me. That was a new experience that I am still integrating.

I know that occasionally I will have experiences with Spirit where I will pause and question myself as to whether I was “just making that up.” (Can you relate?) The immediate answer I always get is ‘no” but still, some things will make me ask the question. This experience, however, was so very real for me that I had no question about the validity of the messages and the messengers. It likely helped too, that the facilitator holding such safe loving space for me, participated and was witness to it all. So as crazy as my story may seem to you perhaps, it was very real for me and the important part is that the light beings really wanted you to receive their messages. I know some of them might be difficult to wrap your head around at first, I think you will come to understand them. I thank you for reading until the end and I hope that the messages resonate with you and that they support you on your journey.

Just as with their analogy about “things that go bump in the night” (yes, that came from them as well) where they asked us to shine our light on the darkness, today’s messages are asking

us to do the same with the shadows we may have obstructing our mirror that reflects our light to the world and back to us. The light beings are also so very much loving us and supporting us to feel the love in our hearts for ourselves and one another and above all to understand and embrace the message that “we are one” with each other, with them, and with all creatures on the planet and beyond including Source. It is in the love and oneness that we

find hope for a beautiful joyful future. I hope you will find that love in the portal of your heart and that you can allow the love held in water to support you every day. I hope that as you live from your heart you can feel that connection that will carry you forward on your journey.
