Angel Messages - The Page of Water & Kuthumi

The initial deck that presented today for our Angel Messages is the Guardian Angel Messages Tarot deck created by Radleigh Valentine. When I pulled the card, it looked familiar, and I wondered if it had come forward in this blog previously. It indeed has 2 1/2 years ago. Spirit must feel that the messages are relevant again at this time. The card is the Page of the suit of Water. As I was looking to see if we had written about this card previously, I promised Spirit that if we indeed had, that I would pull a second card from another deck. That card is from the Divine Masters Oracle deck created by Kyle Gray. The card is Kuthumi. Both cards bring forward information about new spiritual gifts opening.
Page of Water
If you remember, our Guardian Angels are messengers from Source who love, protect, and
guide us as much as we are open to that. They are with us from birth through our entire lives, never leaving us and loving us unconditionally. Most of us have two or more Guardian Angels, each of whom come forward at different times of our lives depending on our need. For this particular card deck, the author chose to highlight the Guardian Angels to remind us of our constant companions.
If you haven’t yet connected with your Guardian Angels, you can do it in many different ways – quiet meditation or with one of the many guided meditations available online (such as Radleigh Valentine – How to Get your Guardian Angels Names - free), journalling, or just sitting quietly and asking them to come forward. Guardian Angels also connect with us particularly through our emotions and spiritual gifts. When you feel their presence, you may experience an overwhelming sense of love that brings you to tears, you may “see” a pillar of light in your mind’s eye, or you may just “know” they are there. Trust the information that you receive from them. They love communicating with you. Because this card deck will be used by many people and because each Guardian Angel’s message is particular to the person they are connected to, the author worked with the Guardian Angel Council to ensure the messages for these cards would resonate for anyone was drawn to them.
My Messages:
The suit of Water is one representing emotions. The figure on the card is only ankle deep in calm water symbolizing our present experience with our emotions. We may be coming into a time where we feel many different or heightened emotions or emotional situations. However, our current or upcoming situations should not involve any overwhelming emotions but rather bring us calm and peace. Have you been feeling more emotional lately? Are you in a new emotional experience? (for example, a relationship change, a loss, an exciting success, etc.) Can you sort out what your emotions are trying to tell you? Ask your Guardian Angels to help you.
The figure is wearing a green shirt, the colour of the heart chakra. The angel feather at the end of her necklace over her heart is a reminder to us to stay heart centred and as the card recommends “openhearted.” During September, which is the ninth month of this “nine year” of transformation, we may experience yet more challenges, but the card is telling us that staying heart centred will give us “smooth sailing on calm waters.” This is a visual reminder to be “openhearted”/”heart centred” when we encounter new opportunities, new experiences, or new people.
The Page is holding in her hand a chalice that is housing a fish. Both the golden chalice and the fish are symbols of abundance. As we have just come through an “eight month” which is often about abundance, you may now be faced with how to manage that abundance. That abundance could be financial, emotional such as an abundance of love, and even an abundance of health. What abundance have you experienced lately or is the Page simply telling you that that is yet to come?
The Page in the minor arcana in tarot symbolizes youth (or young at heart), someone
inexperienced, or someone new to you or a new situation. On this card. she appears to be engaged in a conversation with the fish. Perhaps she, like you, may be exploring how to handle newfound abundance. Also, despite being completely surrounded by water, the Page appears to ignore it and only focus on the fish. Perhaps the image is telling us not to focus too closely on material gains at the expense of ignoring our emotions. The Page’s orange skirt, which is the colour of balance, is suggesting we balance our focus on material wealth with a focus on the emotions of being heart centred. During this year of transition, we are encouraged to become more heart centred as the Divine Feminine energy brings in the emotions of love and compassion.
The card also mentions being “sensitive” and “intuitive.” Are you experiencing new spiritual gifts opening? Are you becoming more sensitive and intuitive? Like the Page, are you a novice at working with your new gifts? Your Guardian Angels want you to know that they are with you at all times to support you in your new adventures with your gifts. They will help you remain heart centred so that your gifts can grow.
Guidebook Messages:
“Situation: This is the beginning of an emotional experience that could grow into something deeper. You may receive a letter, or a call, or a text or email conveying feelings that you hadn’t realized were developing. A friend or colleague may provide you with information that generates an emotional reaction in you. It’s safe to let your feelings show! Sparks of intuition give you insight into a situation you wouldn’t otherwise have.
People: A very gentle and loving person who has only the kindest of intentions. Someone who wants to open their heart to others but feels shy or uncertain about doing so. An avid daydreamer. An intuitive youth. An inexperienced romantic. An artistic and sensitive individual. (Is this you?)
Angel Message: We know that human emotions can be scary. You may want to trust a person or embrace a situation without knowing if that’s safe. We are here with you always. Invite us to join you in this new experience, and we will help you find the courage to move forward.
Additional meanings of this card: Invitations to events. Giving or receiving an apology. Revelatory sleeping dreams.”
Kuthumi
As you may know the Divine Masters are also known as “ascended masters.” According to the author of the deck, they are a group of “enlightened beings, spiritual guides, and souls who have dedicated themselves to the healing nurturing of the world.” They have appeared in different traditions with different names, but they all have similar teachings, roles, and even locations. No matter which path or traditional beliefs you follow, the Divine Masters are always willing to support you.
My Messages:
When I looked at this card and read the subtitle I had to smile in amusement. In taking me up
on my promise to pull a second card, Spirit provided us with further support and explanation for your new experiences with your gifts. The subtitle is “Initiatory Experience.” This is certainly referring to a novice experience with spiritual gifts just as the page card did. During this super month of transformation (9/9) what new spiritual gifts have you, or will you, be working with? The Divine Master Kuthumi is telling us that “Your current situation is initiating your gifts.” Based on these two cards this will definitely be a month of more spiritual gifts opening for you.
In the image Kumi is wearing a golden crown and is surrounded by the golden light of Source. He appears to be telling us that these gifts will be expansive and create a closer bond with Source. Interestingly, Kuthumi is also wearing the colour orange. Orange is also connected to increased intuitive gifts and working with the colour orange can help us balance the emotions that the previous card told us were coming in. As these new gifts open, if you feel overwhelmed you can call on your Guardian Angels, Divine Master Kuthumi, and also work with the colour orange. Of note too, Kuthumi is represented by a male figure, and the Page of Water was represented by a female figure. The two together represent the balance we are working towards between the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energy in us. The emotions and experiences you encounter this month may present you with the challenge to create that balance. Again, call on your Guardian Angels and Kuthumi to assist you.
Guidebook Messages:
“Master Kuthumi, or Koot Hoomi, also known simply as KH, was one of the original ascended masters of Theosophy. His name was a pseudonym given to protect the identity of a highly influential man from the Punjab region who is known to have encouraged the Maharaja of the time to reclaim his spiritual path. Now he is keeper of the golden ray of wisdom- a divine energy that can be invoked to help us tune into the mysteries of the Universe.
Kuthumi is an evolved soul working closely with the Earth and appears to anyone who is ready to move forward on their spiritual path. This divine master acts as a spiritual doorkeeper, somewhat like an energetic bouncer, holding space so that those embarking on their spiritual path can enter deep transcendental states and be protected from lower vibrations.
Your Message
This is a time to take your intentions, plans, and gifts to the next level. It's time to stop playing small and think beyond where you are now. If you have held back on dreams, intentions, or plans, allow yourself to start moving toward the life you want for yourself. Cosmic energy is surrounding you now, holding sacred space for you to dive deep into yourself in order to uncover gifts, talents, abilities, and more.
The situation that you're moving through is very important for your life's path. Know that any limitations, challenges, or fears that are rising up are opportunities for you to fully show up and shine. Be aware that adversity is actually an opportunity to learn and teach. Know that there are no mistakes in the events that are unfolding for you know: instead, there is a secret plan, based on the prayers, intentions, and visions you have had for yourself, your life, and your spiritual path.”
