Angel Messages - Go The Distance

Our Angel Messages come from a deck that we have not heard from in a while, but it was quite insistent that it had the card for today. The deck is the Wisdom of the Oracle by Colette Baron-Reid. According to the author, “this deck wanted to be personified as an Oracle living inside the cards, acting as intermediary between you and spirit, revealing your fate and destiny.” Today's car definitely has a clear message for us as we move forward on our spiritual journey. The card is #42 Go The Distance.

My Messages

Go the Distance

The image on this inspiring card shows us a cheetah leaping towards a finish line. He has

“gone the distance” and will soon reap his reward as he passes the checkered flag. This card’s message is one of encouragement to spur us on in our spiritual journey despite the challenges and obstacles that we may meet. The landscape on the card appears to be an arid desert with several dunes. Like the cheetah speeding forward and leaping over that landscape, we have the ability, flexibility, endurance, and power to move forward quickly navigating the challenges in our environment and on our planet. We are supported by the energy of this one year of the Fire Horse to move swiftly and seize the opportunities that are arising for us right now.

The cheetah is also leaping high above the land surface reminding us to rise up to our fullest potential and to take a greater perspective of the big picture of our lives to help us move forward. Like the cheetah, we being asked to be bold, to be confident, to believe in ourselves and what we can accomplish. The stars sprinkled amongst the challenging terrain remind us to be grateful for the learning that comes from the challenges that we overcome.

The message itself “Go the distance,” encourages us to continue our journey despite challenges and obstacles that we may encounter. It also reminds us to live our life fully, faithfully moving towards our goals with full belief in ourselves and in what we will accomplish. We are reminded not to “sell ourselves short” but rather Spirit wants us to know that we have the ability and the support to achieve our goals, to “go the distance.” Just as the cheetah is focused on crossing the finish line, we too need to have clarity about our goals and stay focused on them. Otherwise, we could be moving forward with speed but in the wrong direction! The cheetah is also an animal of efficiency, acting with intensity at the right moment. We too need to pay attention to Divine timing, to our unique timeline and recognize the moment when it is time for us to move forward.

Your Authentic Self

You may notice that the cheetah appears to be shedding some of its spots as it speeds

forward. Spirit is showing us the transformation that occurs as we progress along our path. Our shadow falls by the wayside. Old beliefs and behaviors are shed. Lessons are learned. As we “go the distance” we come into our true authentic selves.

By the Numbers

This is card #47. The four reassures us that we have a firm foundation to move forward from. In angel numbers we are asked not to worry as our angels are supporting us. Seven is the number of going inward, to reflect and reconnect. This will help us gain clarity regard our goals, our purpose and direction. Seven is also the angel number that tells us we are on the right spiritual path. 4 + 7 = 11 which is double the number one. One is the number of new beginnings, moving forward, manifestation, and being the leader in your life.

A new song can be written, an instrument can be tuned, and the symphony of love will play on. Listen to your heart. Isn't it magnificent?

Prosperity message: Your most precious dreams are not about instant gratification but enduring prosperity. This is a time to think long term and engage in continued action. You will experience momentum building as you translate the ebb and flow into slow and steady movement forward. Your efforts, ideas, and hard work now can lead to greater riches than you can imagine. Stoke the fire so that uninterrupted stream of energy is available to support you in all the phases of manifestation. Be assured that you are in the right place right now.”
