Angel Messages - Open Up to Your Spiritual Gifts

Archangel Michael asked to share a message with you today from his deck The Archangel Michael Sword of Light Oracle Deck created by Radleigh Valentine. As you may remember, Archangel Michael helps us feel safe by using his sword of light to assist us in releasing anything and everything that no longer serves us. He also assists us in discovering our true, life purpose. He provides clarity and helps us live according to our own truth. He wants us to know how much we are deeply loved by our Guardian Angels, the Archangels, and the Divine. Archangel Michael’s message today is from card #21 Open Up to Your Spiritual Gifts.

My Messages:

As we continued to endure a rapidly changing world with the chaotic changes escalating this

year, Archangel Michael’s message is both reassuring and exciting. Sometimes our external environment – be it global events or our personal situation – can be distracting from the bigger picture of humanity’s ascension and our own spiritual growth. This year of transformation has certainly been tough for most with many challenges and only brief reprieves. However, all of it has moved us forward at a rapid pace in our spiritual growth. Sometimes the changes we see in ourselves can be exciting and welcomed, and sometimes they are scary and confusing. Archangel Michael is reminding us that through it all we must move closer to remembering who we truly are. We must “Remember that (our) true nature is spiritual not physical.” We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. He is reassuring us that everything we are experiencing is bringing us back home to who we really are, to that spiritual being, to that spark from Source.

As we have discussed in other blogs over the past several weeks or even months, many have been experiencing very different physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. Physical challenges may have included unexplainable illness (nausea, vertigo, itchy skin, flu-like symptoms), difficulty sleeping, ringing in the ears, pressure around the head and upper body. Cognitive issues might include brain fog, the inability to concentrate, or being easily distracted, as well as episodes of “losing time.” Unreasonable or intense fearful thoughts may have been coming up repeatedly or disturbing vivid dreams may have been occurring. Also, unexplained emotions may have hit hard such as sudden crying bouts, anxiety, despair, nostalgia, or depression. All of these challenges are a response to our personal rapidly shifting energy as well as the global energy shifts. Do any of these challengers sound familiar to you?

Returning to Our True Selves

All of the above-mentioned challenges are signs that we are moving forward on our spiritual journey. Our energy fields are aligning with our purpose. Our DNA is even upgrading. Through these changes, Archangel Michael is encouraging us to embrace our spiritual gifts that are opening up, changing, or becoming enhanced. As spiritual beings we all have spiritual gifts that are tethered to our soul. We came to this lifetime with them intact but for many they were misunderstood, ridiculed, or even punished during our childhood until we shut them down. Now they are starting to re-emerge. For those of you who have been working with your gifts already, they may be changing, or additional ones may be opening.

Our spiritual gifts are as varied and unique as we are. Some may fall under familiar labels such as the “clairs” - clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance – or empath, psychic medium, remote viewer, etc. Whatever your gifts are, you will recognize them as from the Divine. They will enhance your life here as they are always intended for your highest good. As you explore and understand them you will feel as if you have “come home.” You are whole again. You have discovered a missing part of you.

Navigating the New You

Today, June 6, brings us the energies of the 6/6 portal. That energy embodies unconditional love, harmony, and balance. The image on the card reflects balance – a hummingbird in opposite corners, a flower on either side of the person’s head, her arms spread out in the same position on each side of her body.  According to Energy intuitive and Channeler, Lee Harris, this is the month to balance the fast-moving changes we have been going through. One of the strategies he offers is to focus on small attainable tasks when you feel overwhelmed. He also suggests “remembering to breathe” which would be very useful if and when your new gifts create confusion for you. Step back and see the beauty in the world around you. This will help you ground and be in the moment. It will bring in clarity and, as the pink hummingbird in the image tells us through displaying the colour of Archangel Jophiel, it will also bring in joy.

Just as balance is also a continuous theme for this year, so is being heart centred. The more we move away from our head with its reoccurring negative thoughts, judgement or fear, the more we can centre in our heart which is the home to unconditional love. Using strategies we have discussed in previous blogs to relate to the world through the heart, you will be in a loving, open space to allow your gifts to come in and express themselves. The more you approach life from a place of love and joy, the more harmony you will also experience. So do not give those fearful thoughts about your gifts any time or attention. “What if I use this gift incorrectly? What if I do it wrong? What if a negative energy attacks me while I am open to my gifts? What if people think I am crazy? What if I lose all of my friends?” Let me reassure you that Archangel Michael would never advise you to do anything that would harm you, nor would Source create a harmful situation. Your gifts are just that – a gift, something to be enjoyed and cherished. Can you discard those fearful thoughts and move into your heart?

Well, you haven’t felt particularly joyful lately you say.  Perhaps this is an explanation: The

card for this month pulled in January (see Angel Messages for Each Month of 2025 – Part 1 Jan-June) also describes June as a time of “great sadness that will heal with time.” It is a time when we need to be open to release people, places, things, deeply buried memories, deep seated values that no longer serve us, and even parts of who we were. Perhaps that sadness is for the loss of all those things we have been clinging to that no longer serve us. As we allow our spiritual gifts to open, the concept of who we are changes. We see even more clearly how we embody the light of the Divine. The more we work with them, the more we feel our connection to Source. It is exciting to explore this new territory but at the same time we may experience sadness or regret for the past we leave behind as our life is now forever changed. As we grow, we also leave behind people who once were part of our lives. We may also change activities, interests, or even careers. As we have talked about before, remember that this letting go is creating space for new and wonderful things, people, places to come into your life. As we see in the image on the card, the beautiful background shines with the promise of a bright future. The yellow hummingbird is the colour of Archangel Uriel who brings us brilliant ideas and epiphanies to move forward into that future. He is also the archangel of transformation supporting us as these new gifts open.

Are you having difficulty creating balance in your life, moving into unconditional love, or finally releasing deep, deep issues that have come to the surface? Archangel Michael is reminding you that “The angels are sending you messages to guide your soul’s growth.” Can you receive them? Do you recognize those messages? One way those messages come in is through your heightened intuition. You will begin to notice more and more random thoughts gently directing you along your path. The more you “listen,” the more they will occur. Perhaps you are experiencing many synchronicities that are guiding you or you are getting messages through vivid dreams. Their guidance can also come to your through others, especially spiritual practitioners or members of a community of like-minded people. You may also choose to use divination tools such as a pendulum or angel cards to receive your messages.

The Power of Your Gifts

As you gain more knowledge about your gifts – read, take courses, work with a mentor – and as you work with them more, you will feel the calm demonstrated by the person in the image on the card. As the golden energy rising from her healing hands shows us, being open to your gifts and working with them is part of your healing. Whatever losses you have experienced, your gifts will help heal.

As you open up to your spiritual gifts you will also gain a greater understanding of you purpose and how you are to serve others. We are all here to help one another in obvious and not so obvious ways. As we grow and heal so do the others because we are all connected. Your energetic advancement will also help the planet heal and transform.

Check the Numbers

Lastly, the numbers on the cards show us immense support. Card #21 – Two is the number of partnerships. Archangel Michael is offering to work in partnership with you to be true to yourself and be open to your gifts. Two is also the angel number that tells us “Don’t stop believing”, everything will be Ok. Believe in yourself and the support you have from the Divine. Number one is all about new beginnings. You are on a new, more enlightened path as you embrace your gifts. 2+1 = 3 Three is the angel number telling us that our whole Spiritual team is supporting us in this endeavour. Your guides, ancestors, Ascended Masters, and other beings of light want you to share your wisdom and your gifts

“Your Divine gifts are growing in magical ways right now! As you focus on enhancing on your ability to see, hear, feel, or just know the messages from Spirit, the frequency and accuracy of those messages will astonish you. Give gratitude to the angels for speaking to you clearly, loudly, and in ways that are easy to understand. Thank them for presenting you with visual signs, powerful feelings, or inspirational thoughts that bring clarity to your situation. The more you do so, the more messages you will be able to discern around you. Keep practicing so that you will gain confidence. Journaling about your messages can help you stay awake when other signs are present. Working with these cards will also amp up your spiritual gifts.

I am continuing to clear any energetic connections that may be binding you to worry, fear, and self-doubt. I am moving these out of your way, casting them aside with a sweep of my sword of light, so that you can easily pick upon the signs and guidance your angels are sending you. Allow your heart to flutter with excitement as your awareness of your true nature as a spiritual being grows!”
